If you want to have a dinner, you can cook in the open kitchen with 4 electric hotplates, a combi microwave / oven, extractor hood, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge freezer, radio and dining table with 6 chairs. In short, you are fully equipped.
The house has two bedrooms. In the first bedroom is a double bed and a spacious, firm and mobile single folding bed. In addition, you will find a wardrobe, two bedside tables and a chair in the bedrooms.
The second bedroom also has a double bed with a stew, spacious and movable single folding bed. This room also has a wardrobe, two bedside tables, a chair and an additional drawer box.
The bathroom has a bath with shower, a walk in shower, two sinks with fountain and an additional toilet.
Lastly, the apartment has a laundry / storage space. Here you will find a washer and dryer and an iron with ironing board. In short, the apartment has everything for a carefree holiday. The rent is excluding garage. Rental garage is possible at extra cost for storing motorbikes, mountain bikes, road bikes etc. (no cars).
The entire house is on the ground floor. If you are less valid, you do not suffer from a stairway. Please note that the house is not wheelchair friendly.
In addition to the spacious layout of the apartment, it also has a 36 m2 terrace. This terrace features a complete garden set (a table with 6 chairs), 4 sun loungers and a parasol. There is also a BBQ to cook outside.
Use of the terrace furniture is only available from April to September.

The manager will take care of your cleaning (including waste disposal) before your arrival and, of course, for clean linens. The manager gives you an explanation of the use of the house. There is a documentation folder in the apartment, which includes various excursion possibilities in the area. The administrator may provide additional information.
The manager, owner and / or Belvilla are not liable for any malfunction of the WiFi network. Errors please report directly to the manager.
Furthermore, the property is not suitable / equipped for children up to 2 years. There is no baby cot, chest of drawers, baby chair and related items.
If the amount of persons capacity from the booking upon arrival, the manager / owner reserves the right to cancel the booking. If unexpected damage occurs to the house, equipment and / or inventory then this must be reported to the manager before departure. We are looking for a suitable solution for both.
